  Description

  We are a Colombian Argentine family of 4, we are expecting our second child, and we have Salvador who is 1 year and 7 months old, we created a regenerative farm on the riverside of one of the sierra nevada`s river,it has fruit trees, medicinal plants and diverse fauna, there we also offer accommodation and experiences to different people around the world, we also run a foundation promoting free and alternative education for local kids.

  The exchange will take place in a sacred place, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, has the highest mountain next to the Caribbean Sea, ancient indigenous tribes still live here, its energy is unique, it is an optimal place for surfing, there are several rivers, waterfalls, it has incredible natural wealth! Our place is immersed in the tropical humid forest, much of what we consume comes from our garden, so if you wish you can contribute to the continuous development of the garden and connect with the earth, we also work with a local foundation that promotes free and alternative education where they can share with local people and thus learn from the local culture.

  Help

  we are looking for a woman with good and chill vibe, very active that really loves spending time with a children doing outdoor activities with experience in childcare and creative games, preferably with language skills; Must speak spanish and english. Must be patient, positive and proactive.
  
  For us the most important thing is, the quality time to share with our child.
  
  IMPORTANT:
  We can only accommodate workawayers who can commit for at least 4 weeks.
  We love people to settle in and become part of our family :)
  
  If you apply as a couple, its important to know that one is commiting to the babysitting and the other would be helping around the place, like helping in the gardens, building stuff...continually improving and developing the site in general.

  We are interested in our son learning another language in his early childhood, and living the experience of learning and sharing with an active and outgoing person from another culture.

  Accommodation

  It is a regenerative farm with a river beach located close to the tayrona national park and the enter of lost city trekking, our place is full of fruit trees, medicinal plants and animals, it has 4 cabins and 2 houses, a central kitchen, spa, and a common space. Where you will stay is a room with a king bed, private bathroom and air conditioning, with a lovely view of the gardens.

  Maximum 5 helping days 5 hours per day, 2 meals prepared by our staff and cook dinner. the dream of living in a place nestled in the jungle, next to the river and close to the caribbean sea.
