Description
I am Dr Azariah. My Wife and I are Doctors working in Rural India. We along with our Dad Run a Trust in Jhariya Village, which situated in Dangs District of South Gujarat, India. The Location Where we have a campus spanning over 8 acres is in a village along the forest area of south Gujarat. This being a hilly area there are camping sites, Wildlife safaris, trekking. You can also experience Farming if you visit during the monsoon time (June to October). You can get a experience of what a village life looks like in Tribal belt of India.
the Trust works for the welfare of the tribals of Gujarat, India. We have a school for tribal children, a hospital and medical activities in a village. This campus is located in a forest area which is home to Leopards and deers. Our campus is in Jhariya village (Dungarda), Dangs District, Gujarat
. The organisation is run by a Doctor couple and their father. We also have cultivate rice and vegetables in the campus to feed the school children. Apart from this we also have a fisheries project as a self supportive project. The money that is generated from this project is used to buy medicines to treat patients.Types of help and learning opportunities

We would encourage travellers and volunteers to contribute in kids education - spoken English, Teach sports to kids, maths, science, computer, coding, counselling, carrier guidance, vocational training .etc.
Volunteer in the medical activities of the clinic - help treating the patients, visiting houses of villagers and treating them there and health education. Etc. Volunteers who are Doctors or nurse come to help in the medical activities. Volunteers who are looking to get experience and learn can also visit. We do not provide a structured course but our Doctors and Medical team can guide and teach you.Languages

Workawayers can stay in the trust's Campus in the village. We have 2 Guest rooms for 2-3/room, with attached washrooms. The accomodation is attached to the school building. There are 2 individual bed with mattress, bedsheet and blanket. The room has fan, Lights and Charging points. Workawayers can also stay in a seperate room in the Doctor's house. Food will also be provided in campus. There is Internet facility with Wi-Fi in campus. And electricity 24x7.

There is a botanical garden, about 5 kms from the location. There is a big hill trekking trail of about 2 hours just behind the accommodation.
