Beschreibung

Hi! My name is Veronika, I am 19 years old and originally from Ukraine. I currently live in Montpellier, France, where I will start my Psychology degree this September.

I am a calm, open-minded and responsible person who enjoys meeting new people and learning from different cultures. I am quite social, but I am also a good listener. I enjoy meaningful conversations and getting to know people from different backgrounds.

Languages are one of my biggest interests. I speak Ukrainian and Russian fluently, French at a B2 level, English at a B1 level, and I also know a little Slovak and Polish. I love practicing languages and discovering different cultures through the people I meet.

I enjoy spending time with children and helping others. I have experience taking care of my younger cousin and younger cousin brother, and last summer I worked for an online school where I taught French to children. This experience helped me develop patience, communication skills and a sense of responsibility.

In my free time, I love reading, playing chess, watching films, listening to music and doing sports. Music is an important part of my life: I play the piano, drums and ukulele. I am also passionate about psychology and curious about how people think, learn and interact with the world.

Through Workaway, I hope to gain new experiences, improve my language skills, meet inspiring people and contribute wherever I can. I am especially interested in hostels, cultural exchange projects, education and opportunities involving children or community life.

I am excited to discover new places, step outside my comfort zone and create meaningful connections along the way. I look forward to meeting you!
