Hiya! My name's Veronica and I'm a 38yo Spaniard. Some years ago I quit my job at a local spanish radio and I focused on travelling, I endec up in Ireland, living in a nice studio now. I spent many time abroad thanks to couchsurfing and au-pair like webs, mainly at farms and animal related centers,I I'm a licensed dog trainer and masseuse. I lived in many different countries such as The Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Tunisia and Turkey, and spent 5 years living in a tiny maltese island. A couple of years ago I started to visit ecovillages in Spain and Portugal with the aim of learning new skills and recently bought a cave house in a small village in Alicante (Spain).
I can help with gardening, planting, weeding, picking fruits, etc. Also cooking, cleaning or taking care/training animals. I volunteered in SPCAs since I was a kid and also volunteered with the red cross caring for elderly people that lived alone and with houseless people. I'm always curious about learning new skills in general. I worked many years as a chef and I definetely enjoy being in the kitchen. I studied to become a dog trainer so I can help with your dog if you have one! I make jewelry and usually sell it at local markets. I'm quite a low maintenance guest :-) I'm used to be independent and I usually feel fine with everything, I like to listen. If you want to know a bit more about me I can say that I'm not religious but I do enjoy all temples, I wake up ridiculously early and I go to bed with the hens, I don't take drugs but I do love red wine, I spend hours reading, I can not cope with yelling and shouting, my sense of humour can be a little raw sometimes, I laugh most of the time and I try quite hard not to invade people's freedom.
