Beschreibung
I am Hungarian, I speak fluent English, some French, and undestand basic Italian. In my "normal" life I am a social science researcher, I work for consulting companies and NGOs. Right now I am on a break, looking for opportunities to meet new people, live experiences that are way out of my usual life, and learn about new places, cultures and histories.
I love the outdoors, in my free time I like short walks and long hikes, and sometimes I climb rocks if I find the right company for it. I like to get to know small communities; and I love the company of children and young people. I appreciate both peaceful rural and bustling urban environments, and I always want to explore.
I have some teaching experience, including teaching English and teaching subjects in English; and I have a lot of experience writing grant proposals for NGOs. I recently helped out at a hostel, which was completely new to me, but also a great experience, with the hands-on work and the constant company of travellers of all ages and cultures.
I am not much of a party animal- I was when I was younger, but by now I prefer to explore during the day, and then just rest up at night. I am not always super loud or outgoing, but generally I am open and friendly - don't be afraid to ask if you need to know anything more.

I never lived in an English speaking country, but have American extended family, and know way too many obscure and idiomatic things. I am interested in teaching conversational English, if you do not insist on native speakers only. I speak intermediate French, and I would love to improve my conversatioal skills, if you have the patience to help me pracice.

I am a social science researcher, fluent in English, okay in French and excellent in my native Hungarian (not very useful I'm afraid). I have plenty of professional experience submitting proposals to calls and fundraising for NGOs (the grant writing kind, not the gofundme kind - the latte is really of questionable efficacy and unsustainable anyway). I have experience in the general maintenance, cleaning and gardening sort of activities, and do them conscientiosly.
