We are interested and open for anything! We love being outside in nature and spending time with people. We just hope to meet some nice people out there, see some of the world and learn new skills!

Beschreibung

We met each other on a boarding school in the mittle of Zealand, where we tried out a lot of different stuff, like outdoor life, being creative and taking part in a big amazing community. We both like challenging our body and exploring, so we have been on a couple of hiking and biking trips together. One of the trips was bycicling around Bodensee - which really was an amazing and beautiful trip!

I'm currently racing my bike a lot and have actually made it to the national team of Denmark! Peforming at the European championship here in oktober. Very exited!
That also means that i have been travelling to different countries with my roadracing team and are used to solving stressing situations in the middle of a race - never boring! Besides that I am now on my second gab-year since high school, where I've been interrailing in Europe, working at a daycare for challenged people, playing in a band and of course bycycled a lot. (In oct/nov I have offseason, so I won't need to bring my bike to workaway)

I'm also on my second gab-year and enjoy taking my time to develop new skills and challenge myself. I started my gab-years out by interrailing for a month around in Europe with my boyfriend and then I got a job at a science museum. There i get to do shows about soap-bobles, fire and other cool stuff! Beside that I like to crochet, sew and knit, but also being creative with bigger projects like making my parents garden nice. I have also been taking shorter hiking trips with friends, where we sleep in hammocks under the always beautiful sky.

We love adventures, meeting people and exploring new places. Physical work is not a problem at all, especially when you do it with someone. Being outside is a blessing and we often spend time together exploring new places. We love a challenge, because you can really learn from trying out something new. Learning new skills and being around people is therefore our sweet spot. Therefore we thought we could get some amazing experiences with Workaway! 🙌🙌
Silje is very good at playing music - also just with anything she can reach!🪇

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked as a voulenter on three different festivals. Here I was standing in a bar, helping guests, cooking and worked as gatekeeper.
I like social and serviceminded, currently I work as a handicap assistance where the day is very unpredictable.
I have also worked as a kitchen and cleaning assistance and with harvesting for 4 years while studying.
I have some building experience too, while I like being creative and practical.
I once build a summerskiingpark in my backyard and a whole house with my dad.
I am dedicated to whatever task I am given, and I am a quick learner who likes to learn new stuff.
