Hey everyone :)
I am Tanja, 23 years old and from Hamburg, Germany. I am currently studying sociology at university. I would love to work abroad, especially in nature since I always lived in a big city. A dream would be to meet new people and share different cultures and perspectives on life while working and supporting each other. I am also really interested in working with animals.
I am looking forward to everything I get to experience! :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?
My parents always liked to travel through Europe with me when I was younger. Now I enjoy traveling with my friends. I am used to having a small budget- I don't need any luxurious accommodations, and I prefer to just experience everything as it comes.
I would describe myself as a friendly and responsible person that is open to everyone. I work with children and refugees which taught me a lot about empathy and patience.
Getting to work with my hands instead of my brain only would be refreshing.
For me it's out of question to respect others and their boundaries.
Three years ago I stayed with three different animal related Workaway hosts and traveled solo for two months. I gained a lot of experience in animal care in general but also about work on a farm and living with a community. I helped around the house and did everything that was needed in the process of living with a lot of different animals and people. I am not afraid of being close to animals but I also enjoy being in a community and working with children or other people.
