Nice to meet you, I'm Takaya from an island country called Okinawa, Japan.
My happines is spending a peaceful time surrounded by beautiful nature, interacting with animals, and enjoying delicious food are the greatest joys of my everyday life.
I am driven by my love for "moments that challenge my worldview." I seek the impact and deep emotion of experiencing unique local landscapes, flavors, and cultures that I could never encounter in Japan. Beyond just international experiences, I want to immerse myself in the "stimulation of first times"—stepping into unknown worlds and completely new fields—and absorb new values along the way. That is why I decided to apply for this volunteer opportunity. -

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I have spent a total of one year WWOOFing in Japan and eight months across Europe, including five placements in the UK. Because of this, I am fully accustomed to farm work and can adapt quickly to the lifestyle and routines of new environments. Additionally, I have some experience in video filming and editing.

Furthermore, I have a interest in self-sufficiency and natural farming. I am eager to go beyond just assisting with tasks; I want to learn about living in harmony with nature and fully immerse myself in the wisdom of sustainable living. -
