I'm a bike mechanic living in Berlin at the moment. Over the last years I've been mainly involved in working at an NGO offering workshops on bike repair and up-cycling and providing free bikes for those who need them . I'm on my journey to re-locate to the mountains and leave city life behind :)
I really enjoy physical work and working with my hands. I've worked on restoration projects of old heritage buildings in the countryside around berlin, using only natural material like clay, straw, wood to renovate, and rebuild. I've enjoyed this work very much and always happy to help with my knowledge and skills in building and renovating projects.
a couple of years ago, I was on a bike tour from Berlin to the Canaries where I spent three months volunteering at a family-run farm which added so much to my travel experience and I've learned so much about gardening and growing fruit and vegetables.
What makes me happy :) cycling , being in nature, animals, hiking, mountains. -
