Ive been living in Glencoe, Scotland for the last 5 months and about to make my way to France!

Beschreibung

Hello hi! I am Rosie and I'm Scottish, currently living in Glencoe amongst the mountains. I am in love with everything nature provides and I spend a lot of time emersed in every area of it. The open mountains, the dense forests, the river banks, whatever calls!

I am a big food enthusiast and some of my biggest joys are from sharing meals, flavours, recipes and a joint love for fresh vegetarian/vegan food. I have interest in learning much more about food preperation, growing and also preserving so if people have knowledge to share i am incredibly keen to listen and learn!

I am very interested in learning more about off-grid living, eco farm projects and small scale sustainability concepts. I also love to work with my hands so I would like to gain some skills that come under general maintenance and manual labour.

I have grown up in a small country side village in Scotland with cats and a small collection of little animals throughout my time growing up. After living in the city for some time without animals I am hoping i can get some quality time with animals again, and meet some I havent had the chance to get to know yet!

I sadly only speek English but I am learning French. I currently only speak French at a beginner level but I am planning to spend the next while in France and so hopefully this will improve.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I dont have lots of experience but hoping to gain some! I've worked in a community kitchen so comfortable cooking for people. I also have a qualification in Jewellery Silver Smithing, so my hope is that some of these skills will translate well.
