Hi! I'm Michelle from Mexico. 😊

I'm someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things, meeting people from different cultures, and stepping outside my comfort zone. I'm at a point in my life where I'm looking for adventures, new experiences, and the chance to truly immerse myself in different cultures. I don't just want to visit places—I want to experience them like a local.

Being a chef and sommelier has taught me that hospitality is all about making people feel at home, no matter where they are. That's something I love bringing with me wherever I go. I love cooking, baking, being creative, spending time outdoors, sharing meals, and having meaningful conversations.

I'm naturally curious and always excited to learn new skills, whether that's working in a vineyard, a bakery, a farm, a guesthouse, or something completely different. I'm not afraid of hard work, and I always bring a positive attitude, an open mind, and a willingness to help wherever I'm needed.

I can't wait to meet amazing people and see where this adventure takes me. 🤍

Was noch ...

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me reading a good book, trying a new café or restaurant, painting, taking photos, working out, or enjoying a sunset. I also love spending time outdoors, listening to indie and pop music, and getting creative with little art projects.

I have a sweet cocker spaniel back home, so I'm always happy to be around animals. I'd say I'm organized and a bit of a planner, but I also love laughing, trying new things, and saying "yes" to spontaneous adventures.

More than anything, I'm here to collect stories, create unforgettable memories, and leave every place with a grateful heart.
