Hi! I'm Michael, I'm a handyman and a bartender who's in the middle of transitioning into the maritime industry and am currently traveling to visit old friends and make some new ones before I start school next March.
I've spent the past decade alternating construction, bartending, cooking, tourism, production, and educational jobs with traveling, using Workaway all the while to save money and meet great people. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Through my diverse work experience as well as my Workaway experiences, I've developed a number of skills that might come in handy for you. For ease of finding what'll be most useful for you, here's a list!

My last job was working as a deckhand aboard a schooner this summer, so still new to the industry but familiar now with:
