I'm volunteering in Spain and I am really keen to work in the outdoors somewhere where I can learn and develop new skills, especially regarding growing vegetables & handywork!

I love to travel and I love to learn, I am always outdoors playing sports and exploring nature. I love learning new languages, praciticing new skills and getting creative. I'm an optimistic person and I love getting involved with projects that can make a real difference for people and for nature :)

I have a passion for languages because I love meeting new people from different parts of the world and I try my best to use my Spanish anywhere I can. I have attended nightly Italian classes to go one step further to try and expand my knowledge. I speak a little bit of French and I have experience teaching basic English to kids in Spain. Irish is next on the list!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am an adaptable and capable person, I have experience with food handling and customer service as well as experience with kids. My first language is English but I am also fluent in Spanish having studied abroad in Santander for one year, and I am currently learning Italian. I have previously worked as a camp monitor teaching English to kids in the North of Spain where I also stayed with a host family for the duration of that month with whom I developed a great relationship, I have visited them several times since. I love the outdoors and getting hands on with nature as I was part of my local Scout group for over 10 years helping run and organise camping trips and other events as well as local community sustainability and gardening projects. I also studied Physics at University because I love Maths and problem solving.

Was noch ...

I love to surf, absolutely love being near the sea. I also enjoy hiking and climbing. In Ireland I play Gaelic Football, Soccer and Volleyball. I am attempting to teach myself to play the guitar whilst I study and I quite enjoy DIY - a friend and I are planning a project to build a table to play table tennis on in the summer. I like chess and my favourite board games are Catan and Risk :)
