Beschreibung

Hej, we're Lola and Merle, 23 and 20 years old and living in Germany.
We're sisters, adventurous and open-minded which is why we have foudn workaway the perfect way for us to learn new skills and meet great people while getting to travel to other countries.
In our free time we enjoy going for a run, spending time with our dog and doing some creative stuff such as painting (not an artist, just for fun tho).
We both meet our friends often and they as well as our family are very important to our but we also occasionally enjoy time on our own.
In 2023 and 2025 we've been to varoius places with workaway where we absolutely fell in love with this kind of slow traveling.
We tend to find most things interesting and if you are willing to teach us, we are willing to learn.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Lola:
While traveling with workaway I stayed at a farm with huskies for a month so I gained experience in working with sled dogs. Staying at a dog shelter in Portugal for six weeks also tought me a lot. So I definetly know I am absolutely passionate about working and spendig time with dogs and animals in general and would love to do so more with workaway :)

After graduating in summer 2022 I spend six months in France where I have been working as an aupair and took care of three children. The time in France helped me to improve my French which I am very happy about as languages are a huge interest of mine. My work also included cooking which is a hobby of mine and I always enjoy trying out new recipes.

I have always loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, biking,…
Enjoying doing sports I am not afraid of upcoming physical work. While staying at a hostel in Portugal I helped building a terrace for example. I love about learning and growing I am excited to learn new things and I am keen to take on new challenges and developing new skills - I am ready to step out of my comfort zone. I am highly motivated to push myself to new heights and give my absolute best effort in everything I do.
