looking for helpers for 2023:
We are a kindergarten, evening activity and cultural center in India (Amritsar). I started this academy last year and we are actively looking for helpers who wish to expand their horizons. We provide with accommodation and meals as well as we organize regular trips with you.
We provide children with exposure, knowledge and enriching life moments. We a small but fun team of people.
Please note that we need people who can stay minimum 4 weeks. We can't reply neither cater volunteers who wish to stay less than that time.

Your tasks would include:
Helping with kids/Teaching
Planning daily activities/Arts projects
Organizing cultural events
If you have any ideas on your own we will try our best to support you in the execution.
However, please note we all are very disciplined in our times and one thing we cant tolerate is being late. After all, it is a school. We will try to ensure you have a fulfilling experience but during school hours we are very serious and things can get hectic. We need you to understand that and be prepared to hustle a bit or to understand that we hustle and we might not give you 100% of attention while we are working. We do get feedback that during the school hours things seem bit rough and boring for travelers but they often forget we need to run the school. We always try to connect as much as possible and arrange cultural outings for you as an individual with us as a team or even for you privately outside of the school hours. We are very bubbly and fun to be with but we take our work very seriously too.
Within our school framework we would like you to be in charge of at least one activity in a day. For example craft, art or if you are experienced in teaching drama, dance or english language to kids 4-8years old. We can also have daily storytelling sessions. Once you decide and we finalize we will implement it into our monthly extracurricular sessions for the kids:)

Accommodation will be provided with meals. If you have an indian simcard we will pay for the data recharge so you can use it as hotspot. There is no wifi at school.

In your free time you can discover the city and regularly we will go for day trips with you so you can discover India from various perspectives.
