Beschreibung

Hi there ! I'm Loïc, I'm French, 32 and a passionate traveler. I started traveling on my own at 19 and I just kept going for several year's, principally in Central and South America. The thing that I love the most during my travels is to meet new people, learn from them and enjoy great human experiences together. Sharing time and emotion with the humans that I encounter on my journey is the one thing that I look forward being part of the workaway community. I love sports, music, arts, culture, dance, wildlife and so much more ! I'm also really curious and avid of new adventures, knowledges and experiences. Ecology, permaculture, eco-project, education, humanitarian, tourism are the projects that interests me the most but I'm open at all the new opportunities that can brings something new !

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm a former Geography and History teacher in France, I also have a degree in Journalism and a master in documentary filmmaking (one of my movie received various prizes and has been selected in 16 international festivals). I speak 4 languages. I worked several times as a volunteer, most of them were related to children education / environnemental work. My missions were to give languages classes / arts workshop and taking car of sports activities.
I works as an independent filmmaker, journalist and documentarist. So I can help making videos / documentaries / photos / and all type of content for social medias, website, YouTube channel and more.
I also worked voluntarily for environmental organizations, in permaculture in Ecuador, iguanas preservations in Honduras, Gorilla preservation in Rwanda, Natural preservation in a wildlife reserve in Kenya and I loved it ! I have great interesting in eco-construction and gardening. I'm in good health and feel capable of helping around with any kind of physical labour (construct houses / permaculture / outside works / gardening...).
Finally, I have a 5 years + experience in hospitality work (in restaurants / hotels as server / bartender) so I can also help in some hospitality / tourism organism if needed !

I love to play every kind of games ! Love outdoors activities, hiking, biking, diving, canyoning, kayaking, snorkeling, running, exercising. Love wildlife and nature.
I could spend hours waiting on a forest looking for wild animals, or sitting face to a beautiful landscape. I love to play music, especially piano (I can also teach piano to the one's interested). In summary, connecting with nature and people are my principal interest in life !
