Hello! I’m Lily and I’m currently travelling on a one-way ticket from NZ around the world. I’m passionate about learning and for me travelling is the most rewarding way to do that. I understand that it’s a privilege to explore the world this way so being able to participate in Workaway means I can contribute back to the people and cultures I’m being immersed in.
I love trying new activities — whether it’s manual labor, teaching, working outdoors or helping around the house, I welcome the challenge. I’m open minded, adaptable, and looking forward to helping out wherever I can!

Was noch ...
In my spare time I equally enjoy at home and outdoor activities. I’m especially passionate about the ocean so I love surfing, snorkelling, swimming, kayaking and the like. Overall I love anything that I can do outdoors such as hiking, biking, or camping. Otherwise, I’m just as pleased to play card games or have an art afternoon indoors. Back at home I used to love spending rainy days sewing and cooking, or completing DIY projects like fixing my surfboards and making a bed inside my car.
