Hi my name is Kaleo, I am 21 years old currently living in New York City but I am originally from Hawaii. I love meeting new people, trying new food and exploring new places. I've lived in Miami and Colorado, and spent time in France, Spain, Italy and Canada. I grew up on an organic farm getting my hands in the dirt working with plants and animals. In my free time I love to cook and cycle. I've biked across Spain on the Camino de Santiago and WWOOFed in Italy. I am coming to France to learn French, and experience French culture.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I work as a private chef part-time, working all over the country for different clients with my cousin. I have worked in restaurants and in a catering company in many capacities, cooking, waiting tables and as a bartender.

My real passion is working with my hands. Growing up, I spent a lot of time working with wood including building a tiny house and doing metal work and welding. I love to build go karts and work on cars on my family's farm. Having worked under an electrician and arborist, I have experience with electrical wiring, trimming, climbing trees with ropes and working with heavy machinery. I also have experience farming, growing food and taking care of animals such pigs, ducks, chickens and rabbits. The family farm has a large catfish business which includes building the tanks, plumbing the tanks, spawning and growing out the fish that are raised in aquaponic fish tanks.

I love working with children and for a long time had planned to get a degree in early childhood education, I get along well with children of all ages.
