We're currently cycling from the UK to China by bicycle! We hope to use our journey to learn about a more sustainable, community-focused and nature-friendly way of life :)

Beschreibung

Hello! It's Jen & Eddie here - we're a couple from the UK, and in April 2025 we'll be setting off to live and travel on our bikes!

We're both in our late 20's, and have been planning this big adventure together ever since we met. We love the outdoors, and currently spend all of our free time outside in the hills and crags nearby - climbing, running, hiking, wild swimming.

Our main hope for this trip is to learn from people and communities who are living with the land and nature around them in a more low impact, sustainable way. We would love the chance to work on projects where we can learn some of the skills, knowledge and thinking required to live in this way. In return, we hope we can contribute our energy, enthusiasm, curiosity and laughter - we've got a lot of it!

We enjoy working hard with our bodies, and we're open to any kind of project! We're so excited to meet new people and build new friendships as part of this journey.

Jen is a filmmaker and creative facilitator/educator by trade, and will be documenting parts of the trip in the hopes of making a short film to share and celebrate some of the wisdom and joy we encounter along the way. Eddie is a medical scientist back home, with an inquisitive mind, a knack for problem solving and some great DIY skills!
