Help with daily life and gardening in Currumbin Waters, QLD, Australia

  Beschreibung

  Location is south end of Gold Coast near NSW border. Property is adjacent to currumbin creek in quiet street. Estuary and great surf beaches can be reached by foot or bicycle . Or by kayaking down the creek. Kayaks and bicycles are available. There is plenty of parking in the street.
  I am a fit older busy female working full time.
  The accommodation is a large Bali style room downstairs with outdoor bathroom. There is also an inside bathroom and laundry.
  Main chores are house and garden cleaning and maintenance. Nothing major but I need self directed motivated people who like to "keep house" - there is an extensive garden and 1 or 2 dogs
  
  Generally 2-3 hours work/day for accommodation and some food in a fabulous location. Timing of work is very flexible - I'm at work for most days so need people with initiative who don't need supervision.

  I am an old lady who likes her space but also a good chat over a meal. The best surfing beaches are just minutes away with many surf schools also nearby, they run lessons everyday and hire surfboards for very reasonable prices. I occasionally have a car when I'm working in the area but don't own one - I have lots of bikes and find this a much more efficient way to get round this part of the world. I am next to a river that goes down to the beach - at high tide you can put the kayaks in about 5 metres from where they are housed - its about 15 minute kayak to the beach.

  Arbeit

  I mainly need housekeeping and gardening. I have an extensive garden and small vegetable section so weeding watering raking and digging are main chores with occasional projects. Upstairs is just maintaining a clean tidy house - sweeping washing etc
  I am vegetarian and being older don't need too many calories - so meals I prepare are generally very simple with a lot of vegetables. The dog eats meat from the butcher section of the supermarket, mince beef and kangaroo, legs of lamb, chicken legs etc and is happy to share
  There is a tinyhouse out the back that is rented out - preparing that for visitors can be done as paid work.

  The accommodation is a large Bali style room downstairs with outdoor bathroom. There is a queen 4 posterbed with mosquitoe netting
  There is also an inside bathroom. There is a second downstairs room with double bed.
  There is a desk in the 1st room . There is a large television in the yoga room downstairs - also a smaller TV that you are free to take into the bedroom if you wish.
  There is unlimited wifi
  I'm happy to share the cooking with vegetarians
