Beschreibung

Hello, My name is Deborah and I am 35. I come from England.

I am looking for a workaway where I can further my experience working with animals. I love all animals but my favorites are horses, donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs.

I am looking for a long placement of 3 months, if it's the right place and I am right for you. Starting in late February to late May and possible longer if the situation allows for it.

I have done 2 other workaways and really enjoyed both. I really enjoy working outside and having an active lifestyle. I have a great understanding of safe but hard work.

I love working as part of a team and working hard to achieve goals. Work hard and Play hard is my moto in life! I also thrive when working alone. I love to work logically and efficiently, smarter not harder is another Moto of mine.

I would love to be a part of any ranch/family/community that would accept me for this period of time.
I have my own vehicle and like to explore my new surroundings. I am also older so am mature in my lifestyle and work ethic.

I love all animals. I am open to working with any animals and would love to learn more animal husbandry. I have experience working with horses, dogs and chickens. Mostly handling and treating horses. I rode as a child but unfortunately never had the chance to really practice and get confident with my riding. I have a little experience in natural horsemanship from another workaway few years ago and really connected with working horses that way. I would like to update, refresh and advance my horse skills and especially my riding.
I am experience training dogs with basic obedience and skills.

I have had a varied career in tourism, hospitality, child care and manual labour. I have learned different skills from all these different jobs and can carry them into any work place. I am a hard working and eager to learn volunteer.
