Beschreibung
I am a chef, traveler, sailor, and hospitality professional who enjoys meeting people from different cultures and learning new ways of life.
Over the years I have worked in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality projects in several countries. My background includes cooking, hospitality operations, tourism, menu development, staff training, marketing, and guest experience. I studied Tourism & Hotel Services at Bilkent University, Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, and also completed culinary training in Thailand.
Despite my professional background, I enjoy simple living and meaningful experiences. These days I am traveling more slowly, meeting local people, learning from different cultures, and sharing my own knowledge and skills whenever they can be useful.
I am easygoing, adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working as part of a team. I can help with cooking, hospitality tasks, guest relations, basic marketing, social media, language exchange, project ideas, or simply lend a hand wherever needed.
For me, Workaway is not only about accommodation or travel. It is about cultural exchange, human connection, and learning from each other. I believe everyone has something to teach and something to learn.

I am a chef and cooking is more than a profession for me—it is a way of life.
I have experience with French, Turkish, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Spanish, and Italian cuisines, and I spent four years working as a chef in a Spanish restaurant. Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed exploring different culinary traditions and learning from people and cultures through food.
Cooking is one of the few things that allows me to completely focus on the present moment. When I am in the kitchen, everything else disappears. It is my form of meditation, creativity, and self-expression.
I enjoy sharing food, knowledge, and experiences with others, and I believe that good food has the power to bring people together regardless of language or background.
