Beschreibung
I am a chef, sailor, wanderer, bushcraft and engraver . I have many skills and experience in cooking, tourism&hospitality, marketing. I also have education from well-known universities and culinary schools from different countries. But now I am trying to live as a backpacker chef and wanderer.
I can voluntarily share some of my knowledge and experiences with some people in different countries and I can learn from these people, as well by touching their lives . All I want is to live life as it is and see where it takes me on this life trip.
In the meantime, I have an outgoing , friendly, sensitive , open minded personality . I can be a part of teamwork and I can teach my knowledge. I studied tourism and hotel services in Bilkent Uni. In Turkey, studied integrated marketing in Golden Gate uni. in San Francisco and studied Culinary Arts in Le Cordon Bleu. I worked in all F & B departments at Istanbul Hilton, the Renaissance hotel sales department, has worked in several restaurants in San Francisco and in Turkey. In addition to these, I got Thai cuisine courses in Chang Mai , Thailand too. I also built up some restaurants’ menu and gave them culinary consultancy. Now I am trying to live my life as it is as a backpacker wanderer and to share all these experiences and knowledge in the different countries with the local people all over the world :))

I am a chef , I love cooking and I have an experience about French, Turkish , Middle east, Mexican, Spanish , Italian cuisines and I also worked 4 years as a chef of Spanish restaurant as well!! Cooking is my life style I only can stop my brain while I am in the kitchen like a meditation for me.
