I'm a very happy Australian expat and traveller! I grew up in a small "hippy" town on 7 acres with all kinds of animals, motorbikes, fruits,vegetables and rainforest. We tryed to live with a majority of self sufficiency. I want to continue this lifestyle into my adult life and eventually buy my own land and do the same with a community of friends and family. I love learning from different cultures and people. My passions of nature, animals and people have lead me to do all kinds of jobs and voulinteer work in Australia and abroad. My upbringing has taught me to always be self motivated, work hard, and try to enjoy and see the posistivity and fun as much as possible. LOVE is the centre of my life and has made this all possible. If love is our motivation, good will always come from it. I treasure these encounters to live, learn and work together in all different countrys and believe we need to do these expereinces to grow and enrich eachothers lives.

Was noch ...

The thing I'm most greatful for in my life is my happy soul. My whole life I have been told that this is contagious to the people I encounter. I have always seen the good in every thing and everyone. I dont know why im like this, but from my childhood into my adult years, its stayed the same, which I understand is a choice, but also just who we are. Life has enough storms we have to face so why can't we always be happy and enjoy and have fun as much as possible?
At present I am the manager of a busy hostel on a small island off the coast of Cambodia. There is a constant flow of travellers from every corner of the world, a beautiful community of local people and culture, and a surrounding of animals from neighbouring familys, buisnesses, our own, and in the wild!! We are one big extended family. Even though I'm 24, I feel very motherly with all my voulenteers, staff and animals here and enjoy so much taking care of them, guiding them and helping them. Even though this can be a big responisbity at times, I really wouldn't have it any other way.
