Hello!! My name is Antonio i am 21 years old and have been traveling arround europe for over a year now!

Ive really fell in love with nature these last 9ish months as ive spent most of my time on different eco projects and permaculture farms and such!

Im very interested in gardening and self sufficiency in general and one day i want to have my own permaculture farm! So im hungry to learn as much as i can about all kinds of stuff, next year im planning to attend carpentry school so handywork like that is allways fun! But what i have done mostly is different kinds of gardening on small medium and large scale, im also quite comfortable with chainsaws and strimmers n such tools :)

Ive worked as a chef for a couple years after graduating culinary school and i still love to cook! Recently ive become very itnerested in lacto fermentation and brewing different kinds of kombucha and researching the different health benefits of the types of tea and stuff like that!

im used to physical work and honestly enjoy that type of hard labour the most but cleaning and cooking and gardening are also things i really enjoy to do:)

on my freetime i try to learn about different philosophies and recently ive gotten quite into learning about chinese philosophies !

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience working as a chef for about 3 years in restaurants ranging from 1 michelin star restaurants to foodtrucks, festivals and in barkitchens. I am very used to hard physical labour as i most recently worked in a cooperative moving company where the work is very physically demanding every day, but i really like physical work:) I have experience using powertools, im good at cleaning, cooking, working outside. Im very eager to learn new stuff!
