Hello there! My name is Barb (I use all pronouns). I was born in the mountains of Southern Italy, but I grew up in the north, particularly in Turin. I’m 26 years old (Virgo :P ) and I’m currently finishing my degree in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Turin.

My greatest desire is to learn how to live outside the logic of consumerism and the fast-paced rhythms of city life, and to rediscover a way of living that gives value to life, relationships, nature and community.

I’m a curious and open-minded person, and I love learning new things, meeting people from different backgrounds and getting involved in new experiences. I’m particularly interested in nature, animals, theatre, circus, body expression and creative activities. I’ve practiced different sports since I was a child, and I enjoy being active and working with my body.

I’m also very interested in social and political issues, feminism, ecology and different ways of challenging the norms and structures that shape our lives. I believe that travelling and living with other people can be a way of learning, questioning ourselves and discovering alternative ways of living. I’m looking for experiences where I can genuinely contribute, learn practical skills and become part of a community.

I’m excited to meet new people, learn from them, get my hands dirty, spend time in nature and see where this new adventure takes me! 🌱
