Hi! I’m Anna, an upbeat and open-minded traveler from Italy.
I love discovering new places, connecting with people from different cultures, and spending time in nature—especially with animals. I have two dogs at home and I’m always happy to take care of pets and farm animals.
I graduated in Biology, but I’ve also worked as a waitress and bartender every weekend since I was sixteen, which made me reliable, adaptable and used to fast-paced environments. Every summer I work in a mountain hut in the Alps, where they used to call me “Stakhanov” because I genuinely enjoy manual, physical work: chopping wood, cutting grass, fixing things, cleaning, helping in the kitchen… you name it!
Hard work doesn’t scare me—actually, it makes me happy.
I've done every type of sports you can think about and I love moving my body, running, skiing, iceskating.
I get along very well with children and elderly people, and I love spending time helping them. I’m a sociable, friendly and active person, ready to learn anything new and contribute wherever needed.
It’s my first time using Workaway, but I’m excited to start this journey, help out with enthusiasm, and share meaningful experiences with new people. -

Since I was sixteen, I’ve worked every weekend as a waitress and bartender, which made me reliable, adaptable, and used to fast-paced environments. Every summer I work in a mountain hut in the Alps, where they used to call me “Stakhanov” because I genuinely enjoy manual, physical work: chopping wood, cutting grass, fixing things, cleaning, helping in the kitchen… you name it. Hard work doesn’t scare me—actually, it makes me happy.
I love hiking, long walks in the mountains, and anything that involves being active. Even though I enjoy dressing well, my favourite outfit will always be hiking boots and a warm fleece.
I also work as a social media manager for several local businesses, and I enjoy organizing events, playing guitar, dancing, and taking part in community or social activities.
I’m passionate about art, museums, concerts and music, and I’m also a big reader—especially of dark romance novels.
One of the things I love most is listening to people: truly hearing their stories, backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. I believe you can learn something valuable from everyone.
