Hi :) I am Alessia and I am 26 years old. I am originally from the south of Italy, but since I was 19 I have been living in different places around Italy and Europe. I love travelling, but above all what makes me happy is discovering new cultures and completely immerse myself in the place I am, trying to get the most out of the people surrounding me. I am a curious and open minded person, and I feel very happy when I have the chance to experience things different from my daily routine.
I am currently looking for a Workaway experience in the nature, preferably surrounded by the mountains and that allows me to improve my basic knowledge of french :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience with children, I am very patient and always try to be creative. I have been a children's entertainer for some years and when I lived in Belgium I worked as a babysitter to a 7 years old boy! In general, I love spending time with children as I always realize they can teach you a lot.

I can definitely help with general maintenance and help in the house: I have been living far from my hometown since I was 19, so I learnt soon to be very independent!

I am very eager to learn everything about gardening and living in the nature, as I try everyday to be more sustainable and protect the environment.

I have a degree in economics and one in international relations and in the past years I have worked in different international organizations. I can use internet, social medias, manage emails, and I have strong organizational skills as I worked in event organization for some time.

I am a very curious person! If you want to tell me a story about your country I will be happy to listen... if you have some specific traditions you want to show me, I will be glad to participate as a true local.

I am a very active person, I do some sports (aerial dance, gym, hiking) so I never get bored.

I also love children, and have several experiences with them as I have been a children's entertainer for some years during summer camps, and because I often look after my 2 yo niece :)
