Hi! I’m Alea. I’m in love with this world—the good, the bad, and everything in between. I want to spend my time embracing it all. I am deeply driven to become the best version of myself while serving others through the development of their mind, body, and soul.
I am a practitioner, student, and teacher of yoga. And I’m passionate about exploring different cultures and ways of living around the world, taking risks, putting your feet in grass, being curious, and the list could go on.
Trying each day to turn my experiences into wisdom and knowledge, deepening my relationship with myself and the world around me—people, places, animals, and nature. I am motivated to stay rooted in love and light. Lead with love! & Live Big! -
