Hi, my name is Alesya, I’m 27 and currently living in Poland.
I work in a café and develop desserts, and at the same time I’m building my own inclusive bakery project focused on social impact and meaningful connection.

I’m a curious and thoughtful person who loves mountains, silence, long walks and deep conversations. I value kindness, responsibility and creating spaces where people feel safe and supported.

I have experience in project management, organising workshops, community initiatives and charity projects. I also published a book and organised its presentation — creativity is an important part of my life.

I see Workaway not just as a way to travel, but as an opportunity to exchange energy, learn from different ways of living and contribute to something real

I’m especially interested in places connected to nature, small communities, farms, eco-projects, creative spaces or social initiatives.

I would love to help with gardening, taking care of animals, cooking, baking, creative projects or community work. I’m not afraid of physical work and I enjoy learning practical skills.
