Bonjour tout le monde! (Excusez mon francais 🙂)

Je suis Zach. J’ai vingt-six ans, et je viens de Nouvelle Zélande.
Je cherche un endroit gentil à rester en France. Je vous offre mon travail, amitié, musique et compétence (garde d'enfants, enseignement, conseil aux jeunes).

Je parle francais a un niveau intermédiaire, et j'espère atteindre la maîtrise de la langue avec ton aide!
Je voudrais juste passer un bon moment, donner mon aide et vivre un peu dans votre beau pays.

J’ai passé plusieurs années à travailler comme aide de prof dans des écoles primaires et intermédiaires (des enfants cinq - treize ans). J’ai aussi dix années d'expérience à garder des enfants, et l'année dernière j’ai travaillé comme conseillère aux jeunes. J’adore les enfants et je pourrais les aider à apprendre d’anglais (ou je peux vous enseigner aussi!).
Parmi les autres boulots que j’ai fait: le soutien aux personnes handicapées et l'accompagnement des enfants et adultes neurodivergents.
J’ai aussi un diplôme en psychologie.

Je suis aussi une musicienne passionnante. Je joue de la guitare, chante et compose des chansons. Je voudrais être prof, étudiante ou jouer avec vous!

En plus, je suis très sportif et indépendant. J’aime faire de la randonnée, jouer au football, lire et avoir de bonnes conversations. Je suis adaptable, facile à vivre et ouvert à toutes les idées.

Hello everyone!

I’m Zach, a 26-year-old New Zealander hoping to find somewhere to stay for a while! I come offering my labour, friendship, live music and expertise (childcare, teaching, counselling).

I speak intermediate French and wish to achieve fluency with your help!
I just want to hang out, help out and experience life in your beautiful country.

I have spent a number of years working in schools, as a nanny/au pair, as well as working as a youth counsellor. I love being around children and would happily teach English to you or your kids. Other work has included disability support and support for neurodivergent children and adults. I also have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology.

I am also a passionate singer and guitarist - would love to be a teacher, student or partner for this too!

More about me is that I am active and independent. I enjoy hiking, football, reading and good conversation. I am adaptable, easy going and open to any ideas!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked many different jobs over the years, from lifeguard work to landscaping, house painting, farm work, retail... I'm more than happy to get my hands dirty.
I am very adaptable and learn quickly.
I embrace my limitations and am not afraid of making mistakes.
Most of my work life has been with children. Years of childcare progressed into respite work for a boy with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), finally resulting in a multi-dimensional role as a teacher aide.
Throughout several years of childcare I learned to relate to youth and put them at ease. I am playful by nature and learned to cultivate this further, becoming well known by students for being silly and fun.
In addition to this I am very patient. I am a firm believer that given enough time and compassion, anyone can grow for the better.

I am a passionate musician. I sing, play guitar and write songs.
Also I am part way through an undergraduate psychology degree at the University of Auckland. I am philosophical by nature, and one day I hope to enter the field as a therapist.
