Hi there! We are Peirong (from Taiwan) and Yoshika (from Japan) — a warm, curious, and adaptable duo currently on a Working Holiday in Australia!
We are currently road-tripping and traveling slowly towards Adelaide. Instead of just passing through tourist spots, we want to immerse ourselves in local communities, live like locals, and support hosts along our journey. As a Taiwanese-Japanese pair, we love sharing our cultures, stories, and cooking delicious homemade food for our hosts!
👤 About Peirong 🇹🇼
I’d describe myself as easy-going, curious, and full of positive energy. I love meeting people from different cultures, hearing their stories, and learning about different ways of living.
Background: I studied Guidance, Counseling, and Psychology at university. Over the past few months, I’ve been working and traveling around Western Australia, which has given me plenty of experience adapting to new environments, living with people from different backgrounds, and working as part of a team.
Interests: I enjoy outdoor activities, road trips, diving, learning languages, exploring nature, and discovering new places. I especially enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and learning from each other.
Skills & Help: I’m a hard worker and not afraid to get my hands dirty! I’m happy to help with general maintenance, gardening, house cleaning, cooking, or looking after pets. I’m also patient, responsible, and enjoy helping people whenever I can.
I’m always happy to learn something new, meet new people, and be part of a friendly community.

I’m a positive, curious, and caring person. I can be a little shy at first, but I get comfortable very quickly! I came to Australia to experience a different lifestyle and improve my English.
Background: Worked as a nurse in Japan for several years, which taught me strong teamwork, adaptability, and how to genuinely care for others. I’ve also worked on farms in Australia and am used to physical labor.
Interests: Ocean lover (surfing, scuba diving, freediving), nature, road trips, music, and languages.
Skills & Help: Great with physical work, farm tasks, cleaning, gardening, cooking, and pet care.

Hi there! I’m Peirong from Taiwan. I’d describe myself as an easy-going, curious, and adaptable person with a positive energy. I love meeting people from different cultures, listening to their stories, and learning new ways of living. Currently, I’m on a Working Holiday in Australia. I’ve spent the past few months in Western Australia and am now slowly road-tripping towards Adelaide. Instead of just passing through, I want to immerse myself in local communities, live like a local, and give back by helping out hosts along the way. I enjoy outdoor activities, road trips, diving, learning languages and exploring nature. When it comes to helping out, I’m a hard worker who isn't afraid of getting my hands dirty. I can help with general maintenance, gardening, house cleaning, cooking, or looking after pets. I’m always eager to learn new skills! Although I’m relatively new to Workaway, I have plenty of experience adapting to new environments and working in team settings during my working holiday. I’m looking forward to sharing stories, maybe cooking some traditional Taiwanese food for you, and creating great memories together! Hope to see you soon:)
