About Me:
Hi! My name is Wendy-Lee, I’m 19 years old and originally from Namibia. I’m currently in France and excited to immerse myself more deeply in French culture through Workaway.

I’m friendly, respectful, and always eager to learn something new. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and contributing in helpful, meaningful ways.

Why I’m on Workaway:
I’m looking for cultural exchange and local connection. I’d love to help hosts with daily tasks in exchange for accommodation and meals.

My Skills & What I Can Help With:

Childcare – I have experience as an au pair and feel very comfortable helping with kids. I love keeping them engaged through play, outdoor time, or simple creative activities. I’m patient, caring, and responsible.

Pet Care – I love animals and have a dog back home, so I’m very used to being around pets. I also spent many holidays on my best friend’s farm helping with animals — feeding, cleaning, and spending time with them. I’m comfortable with dogs, cats, and farm animals, and I follow instructions carefully.

Simple Cooking – I can assist in the kitchen with prepping, cooking basic meals, and cleaning up after. I enjoy learning new recipes too!

Gardening & Outdoor Tasks – I enjoy physical activity and don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I can help with watering plants, weeding, or light outdoor maintenance.

Language Exchange – I speak English fluently and am currently learning French. I’d be happy to help with English practice or conversation.

Energetic & Reliable – I’m active and enjoy staying busy. I have a good balance of being calm and focused when needed, but also full of energy for physical or outdoor tasks like walking, cleaning, or playing with kids.
