Hi, I'm Ceri. Female, Gen X. 👋
I'm a friendly, adaptable and confident British citizen, can speak English fluently and am happy to share this knowledge. I'm also able to speak a reasonable level of German.
I love learning new languages and would enjoy a cultural exchange. I have been working for a charity in the UK and enjoy the challenges that every day can bring. Now, I'm enjoying the Summer season in Croatia, working with a boat tour company.
I can turn my hand to just about any task and was brought up on a small farm, so am pretty easy going around animals and the work they need too. I've had my own business as a housekeeper, and lots of client facing experience, so can usually tackle any practical or teaching project that needs doing.. Let's just say that I'm really adaptable! 😊 Essentially, I'm now grasping the opportunity to explore the world and expand my cultural knowledge, since my own family has grown, so please contact if you have a project where you need a reliable, experienced adult, but that has a friendly and fun side too!!

I am a native English speaker and learnt some Welsh as a child. I studied French at school many years ago, so am very rusty, but willing to refresh. I can speak intermediate German and can also read/write German to a basic level. I can normally quickly learn enough of a language to get by in whatever country I visit and would enjoy expanding my language skills.

Experienced with children and animals. I'm caring but independent and have a zest for adventure. I've always enjoyed making new friends and exploring new places.
I can generally turn my hand to most things and am always happy to exchange my knowledge of English with like minded hosts.

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and visiting new countries. I've brought up my son, supported friends and family, and have worked in various customer service and office positions. I love supporting people and I'm now free to start expanding my experiences and horizons.
I'm experienced at spending time around families and children, am good at general socialising, enjoy being with animals, learning languages and visiting new places.
