Beschreibung

My name is Tuula, I am a 37-year-old woman from Finland and a mother to a 10-year-old daughter. I am also an entrepreneur, and my main field of expertise is wellbeing and holistic health.

I work with natural and body-based therapies, including relaxation treatments, holistic body therapies, womb healing and pelvic steam treatments, which I offer at my home practice. I am also trained as a life coach. Alongside my professional skills, I have walked a long journey of self-awareness and inner growth, which strongly influences the way I meet people and life.

My second area of expertise is building and renovation. I am trained as a Building Conservation specialist and have experience in small-scale construction, renovation, and technical building work. I have also created drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

Nature, peace, and a simple way of living are very important to me. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in forests and natural surroundings, and I appreciate meaningful and deep conversations. I am happy to help and be present, I work well in a team, but I am also comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for my own tasks.

I have spent about a week in the Málaga and Fuengirola area looking around & hiking in nature, and I am now looking for a place that is more connected to nature and has a strong sense of community. I wish to find an environment where I can genuinely be part of a community, contribute to the common good, and share everyday life, work, and presence with others.

Through Workaway, I am looking for places where I can share my skills, learn something new, and gain new experiences in a respectful and balanced environment. I am especially drawn to projects connected to nature, wellbeing, sustainability, hands-on work, and community living.

I am a calm, reliable, open-minded, and warm person, and I value honesty, mutual respect, and clear communication.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I do natural treatments, know something about humanbodies, what is good to eat, etc. I like to make also raw foods. I've take care organic kitchen garden, put growing herbs, tomatoes and other plants.

I have experiences baby sitting/caring (love to do that :)) and like to do housekeeping.

I've experiences building construction site. My dad have groundbuilding/excavation company. I've done lots of outdoor works. In buildings I'm interested in organic and breathable materials.

I'm quite good to orient, also have done cross country skiing and love to do yoga and jogging.

I would like to learn much more things, so I'm open for new skills and works!
