I am 28 years old from England and would love to experience new opportunities in the UK and Europe, hoping to make a positive difference with nature, animals and charity projects.
I am hardworking, and motivated by hands-on work, spending time outdoors, meeting people and learning skills.
My previous residential volunteering has included animal work at Animal Rescue Algarve, Fields of Freedom, My Lovely Pig Rescue and Surge Sanctuary, as well as teaching with English Al Fresco, refitting a marine research vessel and collecting 14 tonnes of plastic from the ocean with Green Warriors of Norway.
I have experience in DIY including concreting, fencing, tiling, shelter building, painting, angle grinding, carpentry and general repairs etc.
I have been learning Spanish for three years and am an Intermediate level, but need more practice in real conversations.
Cooking is something I love doing and have experience cooking for up to 20 people. I am vegan, but if this is a problem I am happy to be vegetarian during my stay if needed.
Charity work is highly important to me and I also previously volunteered with food poverty group FareShare in their warehouses and anti-war group Campaign Against Arms Trade in their library. I have also led projects in my music career with War Child, Musicians Without Borders, Music Declares Emergency and CND.

I am a practical and enthusiastic all-rounder with bar, retail, delivery driving, food preparation, painting, roofing, concreting, fencing, warehouse, library, journalism and office experience. I am proficient with computers as well as building/repair work.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, hiking, meditation, swimming, cooking, yoga, boating, boxing and reading. I love creating new recipes, spending time with animals and learning new things.
I am happy in both busy and quiet environments; playing sports, socialising, doing demanding physical work, gardening, hiking or reading. I love lots of different kinds of music and enjoy playing classical guitar.
