I’m an 18-year-old from Germany, traveling around New Zealand for a year on a Working Holiday Visa. After working on a kiwi farm for a while, I realized how much I enjoy being outside, getting my hands dirty, and learning new things. That’s really what motivates me to try woofing.

What makes me happiest is feeling part of everyday life somewhere. Helping out, seeing what I’ve done at the end of the day, and having good chats with people from different backgrounds. I love the idea of learning practical stuff while also getting a real look into how people live here. It’s the kind of experience that makes traveling feel meaningful and fun at the same time.

I’d say I’m motivated, reliable, openminded, and pretty easygoing. I don’t mind physical work, I like being part of a team, and I’m always curious to try something new. Being flexible and keeping a positive vibe is important to me too.

For me, woofing seems like the perfect mix of meeting great people, learning new skills, and enjoying simple moments that make traveling special.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I spent one month working on a kiwi farm, doing cane training, flower picking and fruit thinning. I’m used to physical outdoor work and learn new tasks quickly.

I’m a motivated, reliable, and open-minded person who enjoys working in nature. I bring basic gardening and farming skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. I’m comfortable working independently or in a team and always try to stay organized and respectful.

Was noch ...

In my free time, I enjoy playing card and board games, staying active through sports like Pilates or yoga, and cooking. I also spend some time studying for an English test, so I’m always happy to practice and improve my language skills. I enjoy connecting with people, sharing meals, and having fun together after a good day of work.
