Hi! I’m Steve from Australia. I recently finished my degree in Environmental Science and decided to travel and volunteer my way through Latin America. I’m passionate about learning from others, getting involved in meaningful projects, and exchanging knowledge and stories along the way.

I’m easygoing, open-minded, and always up for a laugh or a good conversation. I love meeting people from all walks of life and learning about different cultures. I’m also learning Spanish as I go, so I’m always happy to practice—and I speak fluent English if anyone wants to improve theirs!

I have experience in gardening, conservation work, and working with animals, but I’m more than happy to help out with whatever’s needed. Im pretty strong and tall so can get my hands dirty with manual labour whenever needed as well!

¡Hola! Soy Steve, de Australia. Recientemente terminé mi carrera en Ciencias Ambientales y decidí viajar y hacer voluntariados por América Latina. Me apasiona aprender de otras personas, participar en proyectos con propósito y compartir conocimientos e historias en el camino.

Soy una persona tranquila, de mente abierta, y siempre estoy listo para una buena charla o una risa. Me encanta conocer gente de todo tipo y aprender sobre diferentes culturas. También estoy aprendiendo español mientras viajo, así que siempre estoy dispuesto a practicar—¡y hablo inglés con fluidez si alguien quiere mejorar!

Tengo experiencia en jardinería, trabajos de conservación y con animales, pero estoy más que feliz de ayudar en lo que se necesite. Soy bastante alto y fuerte, así que también puedo ensuciarme las manos con trabajo físico cuando haga falta.

Was noch ...

I love to learn the history and culture of the place that I am in (starting a history degree next year).

I like to engage in thought provoking discussions about history, culture, Philosophy, science etc.

I am an active person and live to swim, run and hike wherever I am and I am always keen to push myself to new limits.

However on the other hand one of my favourite things to do is just chill out and enjoy the world around me for a couple of hours.
