Beschreibung

Hi! I’m a 21-year-old guy from Denmark, currently on my gap year and travelling the world. I’m completely new to Workaway, although I’ve volunteered in different places throughout the years and really enjoy getting involved, helping out and meeting new people.

I absolutely love travelling and discovering new places, cultures and ways of life. I’ve travelled extensively throughout Europe, South America and parts of Africa, and I’m currently exploring Southeast Asia.

I’m outgoing, social and easy to get along with, but I’m also responsible, reliable and hardworking. I’ve worked with many different things over the years, including hospitality, customer service, events, schools and care work, which has taught me to adapt quickly and get along with all kinds of people.

I have a ton of different interests and things I find exciting, and I’m always curious to learn something new or try something I haven’t done before. I enjoy being active, meeting new people, having good conversations and experiencing different cultures and ways of life. I’m the kind of person who gets excited about new ideas and experiences, and I’m always up for getting involved and seeing where an opportunity takes me.

For me, travelling is about more than just seeing the typical tourist attractions. I love meeting new people, experiencing local life, learning new things and putting myself in situations I wouldn’t normally find myself in.

I’m hoping to find places where I can contribute, meet some great people and experience a different side of the country I’m visiting. I’m flexible, curious and always happy to lend a hand and get involved.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience working in many different environments and with many different types of people. I’ve worked in hospitality, customer service, events, retail, care work and practical jobs, which has taught me to be flexible, responsible and quick to adapt.

I also have one year of experience teaching English at a Danish school, where I worked with students and was responsible for planning and carrying out lessons.

I graduated from Roskilde Buisness School in 2023 and have since then qualified as a sports massage therapist. I have a strong interest in sports, fitness and physical activities. I’m comfortable working with people, communicating clearly, working as part of a team and taking responsibility when needed.

I speak Danish and English fluently and have a good level of German, Swedish and Norweigan. I’m hardworking, reliable and quick to learn, and I’m always willing to help out and take on new tasks.

I’ve volunteered in different places throughout the years, so while I’m completely new to Workaway, I’m familiar with the idea of contributing, helping out and being part of a team.
