Beschreibung

I am a Young, energetic, positive, multi-faceted 61 year old Canadian woman.

I am recently retired as the owner/manager of a construction related metal fabrication shop

Now I spend my time writing, encouraging and supporting women overe 50 - downsizing, decluttering and designing their retirement. Through my website and online presence as @soloshegoes. I also do group coaching in this realm.

I house sit internationally and am always looking for creative ways of living, traveling and finding fulfillment in my new retirement life.

I have done many, many things in my life - including cooking on a prawn trawler in Australia, being a flight attendant in Canada, financial sales for multi-national corporations (Caterpillar/GE), bartending, waitressing, and restaurant management as well.

I am also TEFL certified to teach English.

I love seafood, beer and good red wine (not necessarily together).

I love kite boarding, scuba diving, sailing, boating, walking, swimming, and watching movies!
I'm embarking on my first Camino in the spring of 2025!!

I love to work with business processes, social media, staff training, customer service, construction/maintenance projects and photography.

I can tend to your guests if needed, OR you and your business! (while you perhaps take a well deserved break???)

Was noch ...

I'm very handy with basic construction and renovation experience. I also ran my own business for 20 years and would very much like to help small businesses with processes and operating procedures as well as leadership training and staff training.
I scuba dive, kiteboard and sail.
I'm about to embark on my first Camino this coming spring.
