Beschreibung

Hi, I’m Siera, a student teacher, finishing my studies in a few months. I consider myself a social and curious person, who finds joy in almost any activity or situation, especially when it involves kind people and opportunities to learn. I’m someone who values a fun and respectful environment and gets along well with different kinds of people. I can be calm and relaxed, but also energetic and enthusiastic about the things I care about.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, drawing, going for walks, working out at the gym, playing board games, going to the theatre as well as trying out various foods and new places. I love spending time with family and friends, and I really enjoy meeting new people, including those in my friends’ circles.

During my studies, I have gained experience in teaching preschool and primary school students. While I consider myself a solid teacher, my three-year-old nephew never fails to teach me even greater lessons :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I consider myself a resilient and positive person who stays calm, even in stressful situations.
I have 5 years of experience working as a primary school teacher, and I’ve also worked with preschool children, supporting and assessing their readiness for primary school. Through my studies, internships and private tutoring, I’ve gained knowledge and experience in secondary education as well. My main subjects are German, English and Education. I enjoy working with people and supporting their learning, while also learning from them myself.

I’m quite adaptable and tend to find quick, practical solutions when problems come up. I learn fast and usually notice small details, which helps me understand people and situations better. My friends consider me a good source of comfort and advice, which I take as a good sign :)

Overall, I’m someone who’s curious, reliable, open-minded and easy to get along with.

Was noch ...

Although I enjoy working with children a lot, I would also love to experience something different, because I have been working with them since I was a student myself. As I am very interested and eager to learn, I would enjoy to engage within different (professional) fields, helping out wherever I can.
I am visiting Dublin until May, 16th to experience everyday Irish life and culture, have good conversations and become even more fluent in expressing my thoughts in English when speaking.
