Bonjour! I’m a passionate traveler from South Korea, currently in France on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m an independent and active person who loves discovering the world through its authentic local roots, capturing everyday moments as a traveler and recorder.

Recently, I decided to take a meaningful step in my journey: relocating to France to truly immerse myself in the language, culture, and daily life. I previously spent a year in Australia (2019) where I gained hands-on experience working on farms and in factories. Because of this, I am no stranger to hard physical work, early mornings, and adapting to different environments!

I value clear, direct communication and genuine connections, which is why I prefer work-exchanges over standard tourist travel.


WHY I AM ON WORKAWAY & WHAT I HOPE TO ACHIEVE

My primary goal for the next few months is simple yet focused: "Forced Immersion" in the French language. I want to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself in everyday scenarios.

I’m looking forward to connecting with hosts who are patient but direct—people who won't hesitate to correct my beginner French so I can genuinely learn and improve! In return, I bring a strong work ethic and a healthy physical condition ready for any practical tasks, whether it's helping out on a farm, maintaining a property, or sharing daily routines.


MY HOBBIES & INTERESTS

- Running & Hiking: Always down for an outdoor trail or a good run.
- Board Games: I am a huge fan of board games! I’d be thrilled to share some fun evenings playing games with your family or other guests.
- Creating & Recording: I love documenting my travel experiences and capturing the beauty of everyday moments through photos and short videos.

FARM & MANUAL LABOR
During my year in Australia, I gained hands-on experience working on farms and in factories. I am highly adaptable, comfortable with early morning starts, and not afraid of getting my hands dirty. Whether it's harvesting, packing, gardening, or general property maintenance, I have the physical stamina and positive attitude to get the job done.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SIMPLE VIDEO EDITING
Since I love documenting my travels, I am quite handy with a smartphone camera and simple video editing. I am not a professional, but if you ever want some nice photos of your property, your animals, or just a short fun video to keep as a memory, I would be happy to help out!

LANGUAGES & TEACHING
I am a native Korean speaker and fluent in English. I can comfortably communicate with international guests or help you and your children practice English. My French is at a beginner level, but I am studying hard and looking forward to improving it through daily conversations with you.

GENERAL HOUSEHOLD & LIFESTYLE
I am a tidy, organized, and easygoing person. I am always ready to help with daily household chores, cleaning, organizing spaces, and cooking simple meals. I enjoy staying active, so I bring good energy and a helpful mindset to your home!

When I am not working or studying French, I love keeping myself active and engaging in fun, strategic games.

I am a huge fan of board games and a dedicated chess player! I enjoy games that bring people together, and I am always excited to share a match of chess or learn new board games with your family or other guests.

For outdoor activities, I enjoy going for a light jog to explore the local neighborhood and clear my mind. But my absolute favorite activity is swimming! I really love being in the water, whether it's a local pool, a lake, or the sea. If your home is near a good spot for swimming, that would be an absolute dream for me!
