Greetings reader. ✨️🙏✨️

My name is Sebastian, and I find my strength-based joy in physical work-primarily in the sweaty, farm-related, jungle category. I am a quick learner, which has allowed me to cultivate a wide range of skills in the fields of Costa Rica due to several years of working in various locations.

In my late twenties, I moved to Costa Rica together whit my siblings, with a long-term family vision of finding a better geographical environment to anchor ourselves at. I am now traveling solo around Costa Rica, exchanging work for a place to stay, while continuing to cultivate more practical, work-related life experiences.

I am a nomadic soul to as far back that i can remember and am deeply dedicated to a wholistic lifestyle, where the disciplined practices plays the key role in everyday life. I study daily with a deeply rooted, passionate hobby, while also enjoying my own company supremely.

I live in a state of gratitude, which is why I am not a particularly “needy” person. I am very thankful for what I have and for what is presently provided by nature. Costa Rica offers the perfect environment for me to continue practicing and nurturing this lifestyle.

I have profound respect, love, and innerstanding for nature-based medicinal remedies and do not smoke, drink alcohol, or consume any other drugs, although I do not judge those who choose differently.

I hope this gives you an idea of who I am to a-degree.

My previous work-stay exchanges in Costa Rica included gardening (weed-whacking, chapear, pruning, planting, clearing and cleaning), animal care (horses, donkeys, pigs, dogs, chickens, cats and ponds), construction (painting, repairing, polishing, sanding and renovating houses), my skills are in heavy-duty work, clearing, cleaning, property, house and animal care.

I am independent, effective, adaptable, creative, clean, energetic, down to earth, truthful, and always committed to doing what needs to be done in order to complete a job.”
