I'm Riccardo, 30 years old from Varese. Graduated in Sport Sciences with international experience as a volunteer through the European Solidarity Corps. Experienced in working in multicultural environments and engaging groups in outdoor and hands-on activities. Currently training as a massage therapist, with skills in promoting physical and mental well-being. I'm interested in environmental sustainability, and social inclusion projects, with a focus on practical activities, non-formal education, and direct community support.

I practiced a wide range of sports, including triathlon, ice skating, cycling, and football, developing adaptability and a strong team spirit. Seeking opportunities in nature-based and ecological projects that offer hands-on learning about sustainable lifestyles. Motivated to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, exchanging perspectives and experiences while improving mutual understanding and collaboration.

I have experience in outdoor activities and environmental projects. I’ve worked on projects that involve monitoring the environment and organizing physical activities. I experienced how to plan and carry out activities in outdoor settings. I’ve also worked in international and multicultural environments, which has helped me get along and work well with people from different backgrounds.

Was noch ...

Recently, I participated in a European Solidarity Corps project for a year with a Portuguese association. We were a group of 12 volunteers from different countries. Even though we lived in three separate houses, we spent most of our time together, hosting parties at home or hanging out. Our tasks included coastal cleaning, gardening, working at an equestrian center, and assisting at a warehouse owned by the municipality. We had a fantastic time that all of us will cherish and remember.

When I was 18, I had my first Workaway experience with a Norwegian couple, Caroline and Ole Morten. I shared this experience with a friendly Irish guy. We spent three wonderful weeks together, and to thank them for their hospitality.
