We are two Kiwi girls travelling around Europe from June 2026 and are looking for work-away opportunities throughout our journey. We are hardworking, reliable, and friendly, and we enjoy getting stuck in and helping wherever needed. We’re excited to experience new countries, cultures, and ways of life, and we see work-away stays as a great way to connect with locals while contributing positively. We’re easygoing, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills, and we’d love the opportunity to be part of your family during our travels. We are both active people who love the outdoors such as tramping, swimming and running but equally enjoy sitting on the beach with a good book. We look forward to hearing from you.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Phoebe:
I am currently working at a new and very busy wedding venue as an event coordinator which involves being very organised, approachable and reliable. I was previously a nanny for family’s in New Zealand, New York and Australia which I absolutely adore doing. I love helping out family’s and getting to know them on a personal level. I was also a dance teacher and a sports coach to children which allowed me to teach my passions. I grew up working in a cafe my family owned in a rural town and later on I worked in a bar so hospitality work has always been something I enjoy. I also love working outside and being busy and worked at a fruit orchard over the summer.

Ellie:
I currently work as a forestry consultant and have been in this role for the past two years. The job involves plenty of hands-on, physical work as well as working closely with a variety of clients, colleagues, and contractors. Before this, I worked in orchards, which meant long days on my feet and being comfortable with hard outdoor work. I’ve also worked as a part-time gardener at a school, which involved long, physically demanding days. In addition, I have experience as a cleaner, where I learned the importance of attention to detail, working efficiently, and being part of a team.

Was noch ...

We are both so excited to make the most of our travels and experience different cultures. We are fast learners and are looking forward to helping out wherever possible. When we are not working, we spend our time running, swimming, cycling, tramping all around New Zealand, fishing and hunting. We have a diverse skill set and believe we will be a great addition to your family.
