We will be travelling from May 2025 onwards. We are NOT able to help with any projects prior to that.

We are a married couple. We have three adult children who are now independent and no longer need our daily care. So we are skilled and free to go.
After 2 gap years in Disability Care and Outdoor Education Camps, Paul trained as a Maths and Psychology secondary teacher. A later masters in Leadership was combined with a Post Grad qualification in Theology. He is an internationally recognised facilitator and presenter currently working in Adult Resilience Training. Paul also runs an Education consultancy in school retreats and works as a professional and personal growth coach. As a hobbie Paul designs houses and manages building and renovation projects. His last 3 properties have sold as house of the week and he was short listed for Grand Designs Australia. With a wide variety of skills he is an innovator and has personally built and renovated over 50 properties. He has some experience in international tour guiding through France, Spain, Egypt and Israel. He has a proven skill in managing finances and budgets across many fields. In his spare time Paul loves travel, hiking and board games.

Jason has worked in private enterprise, owning and operating multiple service stations and other businesses. He currently works in Business Development for the Not For Profit Sector and is widely recognised as an innovater who helps organisations see opportunities. He too loves adventure and hiking with a newly discovered passion for electric bike touring. He approaches exercise with great passion and has a history of body building and gym training. He studied art and sculpts and welds as a side interest. His work is sold throughout galleries in Victoria and NSW.

Together Paul and Jason are looking for contexts where they can contribute their talents and utilise their love of hospitality.
Paul has run an AIRbnB and equivalent accomodation options for over 20years, providing short, medium and long term hospitality to visitors from over 15 countries. He has also travelled extensively and lived overseas a number of times. He is hoping that some workaway jobs will benefit from his gift in archtecture and design as he has become famous for "being able to see spaces and develop affordable solutions" to property renovation.

Both Paul and Jason have heavy vehicle liscences and can drive a variety of vehicles ranging from tractors through to 25 seater passenger buses.
