Hello! My name is Maria Paula, although everyone calls me "Pau", I am a lover of Arts, Nature, animals and travel explorers, among other things. Since I was a little girl, thanks to my mother, I was in contact with handicrafts and painting since she was an art teacher for children and I was her faithful student. I studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and I graduated as a Visual Communication Designer, also called Graphic Designer, at the end of this career I made a year of Plastic Arts in the faculty and defined my taste for mixing manual arts with digital arts. Currently besides working as a freelance designer (with the design software) I paint murals and paintings on demand. Recently I started to study ceramics and linotype engraving and gradually I am also encouraging myself to create new artistic pieces.

I am also passionate about teaching, both for children and university students; in 2016 I studied pedagogy Waldorf as a basic teacher, between 2019 and 2022 I worked as director of the career "Graphic design and new media" at the UFLO University of Neuquén Argentina. In the last years I was very interested in the organization of cultural events related to Art and Design and I realized courses of Creation of didactic material for teaching, Tools to improve remote teamwork, people-centric design and conducted community recreation training.

I am interested in projects that use art as a tool for well-being and also as a tool for social change. While I was studying, I had a lot of jobs, as a freelance designer, in design studios, as a cheerleader for children's birthdays, I volunteered in an ONG in the Art Workshop, I was a waitress, I traveled in Italy as a nanny for two small children, I was a designer in a company of communication and social media in Barcelona among other things. I like to create almost in all its ways, even to put together a small forest of pots with my plants in my small apartment.

The animals also form a big part of my life, we had pets of all kinds at home and they were always part of the family, as a girl I rode and jumped on horseback, I fed them and I walked them, I really love them. Although it seems a little weird, on one occasion I resuscitated the tortoise of my life mom who had fallen to the pool and was drowned, and yes, she survived!

Another of my passions is to travel, to adolescence I began my first trips to the mountains to make shelters with my friends, then I traveled a lot of Argentina, traveling through Bolivia, Brazil, thanks to my dual Italian citizenship I lived a year and a half in Europe, Italy and Spain, I was also touring the south of France, the Pyrenees and their colors. I like to know the customs of the different countries I go to, their meals, their ways of life and open my horizons to know other worlds beyond what I know.

I am interested in teaching and sharing conversations either in Spanish or in Italian. Spanish is my mother tongue and I speak fluent Italian since I lived almost two years in Italy. I would very much like to learn English as my level is basic.
