Hi! We are Lou and Nick, an energetic UK couple currently travelling through Thailand, Taiwan, SEA, Australia, and NZ.

After successful placements in India and Nepal, we are looking for hosts who need a unique mix of high-level professional consultancy and practical hard work.

We welcome both advance and last-minute enquiries.

We offer a unique balance of skills: high-level professional strategy combined with practical, hands-on labour.

Lou is a former HR & Diversity Leadership professional and Science teacher (TEFL certified). She has stepped back from corporate life to reconnect with creativity. She travels with a high-spec laptop, microphones and recording equipment, ready to handle digital projects, branding (logos/overhauls), marketing, and admin organisation to make your business run smoother.

Nick is a Climbing Coach and former Metropolitan Police Detective. He brings energy, discipline, and practical problem-solving to any physical task. He loves hard work and the outdoors—whether that’s building, landscaping, general maintenance, or hospitality (he is also an experienced bartender). He is happiest when active and making tangible improvements to a space.

We are animal lovers and passionate about nature and conservation. We are low-maintenance, experienced travellers committed to a simple philosophy: travel is about more than just seeing places; it’s about the people you meet. We approach every stay with open minds and willing hands, eager to exchange skills, share stories, and make a genuine contribution.
