Hello ,
I’m looking for a calm, handy and practical human who enjoys gardening, DIY woodwork and helping around the house.
Experience with practical tasks such as light painting, gardening, small home improvements appreciated! There is always something to improve, repair, or create.
availability in September 2026:
1 week, private apartment available for 2 handy friends or a couple, -
if you are just 1 person I can offer a small but cozy room in my house from 15.9. on for 1 week
The help is mainly about small DIY tasks and outdoor improvements around the property, for example:
- cleaning the garden, digging and planting
- helping extend the watering system for the plants
- sanding and painting
- simple DIY wood tasks (simple furniture from pallets)
- building an outdoor shower together
- general help making the place more beautiful and cozy

- also keen to have a vegan chef to learn new recipes!!! :)
- and someone with graphic design /photographer/ video -skills
to learn

You should be reliable, motivated and happy to work both independently and together as a team. I enjoy working together, but I also appreciate having someone around who enjoys helping with ongoing projects and bringing positive energy and ideas.
This is a creative and relaxed home project — and I’m especially happy to welcome people who enjoy making things with their hands.
We eat vegetarian/vegan and do not cook meat in the house, just so you know in advance. I would appreciate if you can adapt to this during your stay.
I provide:
basic food for breakfast and lunch
your own small room
For dinner there are several nice places nearby, and of course you can also store your own food in the fridge.
Most time of the day I am outside enjoying the garden, the stunning nature-side around or the beautiful wild beaches that are only 10 mins by car. In your free-time you can go surfing,do water-sports, hiking or cycling... exploring the island.
Since we are located a bit outside (3 km from next village), I recommend to rent a car or a bike, but its also possible to walk 20 mins to the next bus station. And of course sometimes I`ll give you a lift.
In case you are traveling with your camper-van you can put it in the garden.

We can practice english or some spanish language, I can recommend you some spots to discover. The sea is only 10 mins by car so you will be able to do a lot of watersport like surfing, scuba diving, swimming. do a bicycle tour, a walk or a mountain hike. Its a beautiful island so I am sure you wont get bored. ;-)

we are living a bit outside in a really nice, calm environment.- 2 km from the village center- its good to rent a bike or a car, but sometimes a can also take you down to the village by car or give you a lift to the sea if I go... There is also a bus station, in the village which offers bus connection every hour
