Ich bin gerade

Beschreibung

I am a 31 years old chilean, raised in the northern area of Patagonia. Worked in the farm growing up helping with maintenance and taking care of cattle.
After working a couple of years as business manager in different companies, at age 27 I decided that was not for me and I started building my own house, learning a lot about carpentry. Then I started developing a sustainable project with my own garden, greenhouse and now a edible forest in process from where I have been able to eat the last 2 seasons. I have worked two season at a fishing lodge in Patagonia helping with maintenance (using chain saw, operating a bobcat, driving 6x6 polaris) building and maintaining outback glamping sites. Also helping on hospitality, cooking and taking care of guests during their days in these camps, making sure light and water systems are operating properly.
I recently came back from India where I lived in an Ashram for a month to become a Yoga teacher and I have been teaching movement in Australia the months before that.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Fluent in English, Native Spanish and Basic Portuguese.
Studied Business administration in the US. (Worked in different areas and companies for 5 years)
I have experience working with wood, from chain saw to carpentry tools. I built my own tiny house plus all furniture, installing water, gas and electricity systems.
3 years of organic farming and gardening, being able to provide food for my house the last seasons.
Experience operating Bobcat and driving Polaris.
Maintenance experience on outback situations where most of the time there are no many tools available.

Was noch ...

I enjoy spending time with animals, specially dogs, horses, and birds.
I keep a daily practice of yoga and movement and love to share my knowledge with other people, teaching clases when possible.
I grew up in nature, so I feel more comfortable living away from cities.
