Hi there!

I'm Moyra, a 27-year old Belgian.

I'm a creative person: I love creating and building stuff and every step of the process. This varies from screen printing, sewing clothes, growing mycelium, carpenting, making care products… . I don’t like throwing stuff away, so I reuse a lot of materials. In the end, waste doesn’t really exist ;).

Despite that I studied science, I’m a real people person and hearing about others reality and life is what greatly motivates me. I love a good talk and the sincere connection resulting from it.

Growing up around animals, I'm a real animal lover. When I was younger we used to have a few pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, sheep and donkeys).

I'm an adventurer; I’m naturally curious and like to test my boundaries. I want to know what's on the other side of the bridge and the only way to find out, is to cross it.

I'm always interested in other languages and would like to learn some Italian (my mom lives in Italy).Most of all, I would love to improve my French. As a Belgian, we are taught French in school. However, I do not speak French fluently. Besides, I'd like to improve my English as well. I studied in English, but would love to extend my vocabulary and overall language use.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I like physical work and I don't mind to get my hands dirty. I studied biology (general biology, with a minor focusing on entrepreneurship and a thesis about genetics). I worked in an outdoor company and in logistics. Growing up around animals, I love and know how to take care of them. I can sew as well. Last summer, I learned how to sail (catamaran).
Most importantly: I'm really curious and very eager to learn.

Was noch ...

I do want to experience other lifestyles and housing. I am curious about living on a boat, in a caravan, a van, a yurt and so on.

A list of things I would like to do/achieve (I try to avoid the word 'bucket list', but I guess that's what it is):
- imitate the sound of a trumpet with my mouth
- make & exhibit my own photography project(s)
- join a circus
- learn to beatbox
- write a book (or let's just start with short stories ;) )
